Born 11-27-77 in Long beach, California. The offspring of a bi-racial relationship. Raised in Salt Lake City, UT. A town dominated, and greatly influenced by a religious monarch. His mother raised him on James Taylor and Stevie Wonder . Spinach and Collard Greens, Wonder Bread and Cornbread, White and Black. At the young age of eight he began his musical training, starting with the piano, and trombone. By his early teens he became engulfed and infatuated with hip hop culture, and all things surrounding it. Listening to everything from the Native Tongues to N.W.A. At age twelve, he started writing rhymes to the B-side instrumentals on cassette singles. By age thirteen, he was ghostwriting for kids at his school. By age fourteen he was saving his lunch money for studio time on a stone age four-track, in a jack Mormon’s bedroom. “Making pause tapes, and rappin’ in headphones. I’ve been there.” At fifteen, Ebay began an internship at a local radio station. Within four months he was producing, promoting, and hosting his own On-Air show for KRCL 90.9 in Salt Lake. Still recording his own music, this gave him a new outlet to share his sound with the dry ears of his salt-water residence.
